Spacia collects account details, contact information, listing details, uploaded media, messages, viewing requests, reviews, reports, verification documents, and basic device or usage data needed to operate the service.
How we use information
We use this information to help students discover housing, let landlords and agents manage listings, process viewing requests, support verification, prevent abuse, respond to reports, improve the product, and communicate important account updates.
Listings and public content
Property photos, 360 tours, prices, fees, amenities, reviews, lister names, verification status, and listing descriptions may be shown publicly so students can evaluate spaces before contacting a lister.
Messages and safety
In-app messages and viewing records may be reviewed when investigating reports, disputes, suspected fraud, harassment, fake listings, or platform abuse.
Payments and verification providers
When payments, uploads, identity checks, email, SMS, analytics, or hosting are used, trusted service providers may process only the information needed to deliver those services.
Your choices
